Its hump day

Well hump day is almost over here in nice warm sunny Shidaknee…

Taking a trip down memory lane

Teenage romances… weren’t they the best? Back in the days when you didn’t have a care in the world, nothing else really mattered except get close to the one you “loved”. Wasn’t getting in all that trouble worth it just to touch and hold them, be with them, smell their hair and basically fuck like rabbits.

Back in high school I had more than what you’d consider your average teenage romance. There was plenty of rabbit action, ditching school to spend time together, not coming home at nights, etc, etc. This girl and I were born hours apart and from the first time we met something clicked inside us. This wasn’t your normal “click” it was the kind of click that Romeo and Juliet had with all the scary parts as well.

After about 6 months the nasty evil ones (parents) got together and decided it was time to separate us. They started by moving “J” to live with her god parents about 30km’s away from where we were growing up in Sydney. We saw this as more of a challenge on our relationship and used it as ammunition to rebel even further ‒ there is some serious history here I may go into another time.

The attempts of the “evil ones” to water down the relationship failed. We moved from not coming home at nights to running away together for weeks. Coming home only when we needed money, school was a forgotten thing by this stage.

After about three months of chaos the “evil ones” decided it was time to take further steps. J’s father lived in Indonesia and was separated from her mother. One day they packed her bags and put her on a plane never to be seen again.
Well until 12 months later when she arrived back in Sydney with a son. To cut the rambling short it wasn’t mine could have been though.

For years after this event I hated my parent, there was nothing they could do to stifle the anger I had.

12 years later I think it’s the best thing that ever happened to me despite the short sighted belligerent views of a 16 year old.

We are still friends and the kid is adorable but I thank my lucky stars I didn’t become a teenage dad

Being a teenage dad or mom isn't easy plus you are tied down too early and cannot have more fun.

yeah sassy so true... that's the bit i look back on and i'm very happy about. that said "J" is a loving mother and the kid has the best that can be provided to him.

none-the-less i'm still happy not to be a father.
