I believe any relationship - even casual ones - needs to be based on a lot of respect, and that goes both ways. I don't try to rush into jumping in bed TOO quickly - we'd need to find out about and get at least a little comfortable with each other before hand, but it doesn't need to be ton of time. Regardless of our ages or the type of relationship we're having, I want us to view each other as equals and treat each other with respect. As far as age goes though, I'm generally attracted to people younger than myself but there are definitely exceptions to that. For a relationship, I'll definitely consider anyone up to my age and maybe a couple of years over; for a casual relationship / FWB / etc. I'll consider up to significantly older than me on a case by case basis, but let's say around mid 40s. As for younger, I'm willing to consider anyone down to 18.

Things like personality and interests also matter a lot too. Anyways, point is you don't have to be a fashion model, we just need to be able to get along and there be some mutual physical attraction.
