It took 6 months daily of hard workouts to lose 40 lbs, and then began manual labour work beginning at 210 lbs in Nov. 2019. Today I weigh a 159 lbs, toned from manual labour and Better Sex Through Yoga 3 DVD series set and it's been rewarding 1000 fold in my eyes. Compared to how I used to feel about his bag of skin and bones.
