Right now and until the end of April, a Lady Godiva protester named Deborah Wales is riding bareback, or bare-assed, through English towns from Cheshire to Whitehall on her horse, Moomin. In naught but a blond wig, Wales is protesting a European legislation that allows cruelty to horses while in transit.
