Is it just me or are people that yell in the gym annoying? You know who I'm talking about. The guy that grunts and yells every time he lifts a weight. He might as well be yelling, "Look at me!!!!! I like to use the seated row machine when I work out. It works many different muscles at one time and it feels great. A strong torso is important, but good legs to match are important too. One of my favorite excersizes is to put my back to the wall and then slump down until my knees are at a 90 degree angle (thighs parallel to the floor). Hold that there for 10 minutes and I can guarantee you'll feel the burn. Not recommended if you have knee probs .
