R & L's Roxin House Party

We cater to single women and couples only. Single men tend to cause alot anxiety in most people, which is counter productive in the long run. That is the first question we get asked most often. We also do not discriminate against age, color or religion. The only exception being men playing with men, which most people have requested not be allowed. We ourselves do not have any problem with it, we just need to be neutral and keep everybody's interests in mind.

We would like to start having regular gatherings for group sex, massage and any other interests people bring to the table.

Das Rules:

We have developed a few rules that we hope will allow for everyone’s safety, best interest and enjoyment. That being said, here we go:

We do not allow single men to our parties. In our experience they do not add anything to everybody's enjoyment of the evening and can be quite disruptive. Keep in mind we do not charge for this event and all expenses are out of pocket.

These rules are only open to interpretation by Rob and Laurel, which means if we decide a rule has been broken it’s been broken, you don’t get a vote.

These rules may change at our discretion. Our parties cater to couples and single females only. Rob & Laurel will ultimately decide who will be coming back with us due to space restrictions, etc. Please respect our decision. Do not just show-up uninvited or on any given evening.

Being invited to the house party is not a guarantee that you will be invited back again in the future, we reserve the right to exclude those who cause problems or are rude and inconsiderate.

We will provide soda, soft drinks, some snacks. You are allowed to bring snacks, beverages, etc. to share or for your own personal use. We are not responsible for personal items.

Please keep track of your own belongings.

Everybody’s comfort level will be abided by. We invite many different types of swingers to our parties, voyeurs, exhibitionists, soft swap, full swap etc. That being said, just because you are here does not mean that you will get to play with everyone. If somebody says No it means No and if you continue to make unwanted advances you will be removed from the premises.

Drinking is ok, but we want responsible and sober people. If you are or have been drinking, please realize that we do not want extreme sloppy drunkenness at our home. A few drinks is one thing, barely able to stand is quite another and will result in being asked to leave.

We also do not allow drugs of any kind. We are Drug hostile, we do NOT allow drugs. Smoking is fine but must be by the evening groups preference, whether in doors outdoors or in a separate room.

We expect that you will pick up and clean up after yourselves. Condoms and garbage need to be placed in the garbage. This is our home and we do have family members etc where it’s a whee bit awkward explaining away… and have you ever stepped on a used condom! eeeeww.

Be aware and speak up if any issues should arise or people feel uncomfortable for any reason. We like to think that people would say something if somebody is being forced or bullied into doing something they don’t want to do. Girls make the rules here, if they don't want it you dont get it. Nuff said.
