I went back to the gym today, after admittedly slacking off of working out, and I found out that entropy had set in. I set the weight to 40 kg (88 lbs) and only managed to do 20 chest presses, 20 shoulder presses and 30 curls before my arms gave out on that.
This is depressing, because I was doing those same exercises with 60 kg (132 lbs) easily before. I can only blame myself for slacking off. Time to get back to work.
