Our Kisses

Our kisses are never just kisses.
They are gentle breezes, soothing the soul,
and tempests, stirring the loins.

Our kiss started as a question,
Became an exploration,
Turn into an invitation,
Then a promise of all that could follow.

With each kiss it becomes more,
The kiss flips a switch inside,
Turning into desperate longing.

From lips and breath and taste and sound
Each kiss carries life from us both

Between passion and pause
Between smolder and fire
Between each of the movements we make

There is a moment, when our kisses have joined
As we have joined
Into one singular moment outside of time and space

Here is where love blinds and binds
