finally landed a good one ;-)

Hooked up last night with a lady from here who shall remain nameless. I snagged a hotel room and we agreed to meet at 8pm.

I'm leaving many of the details out, but I think a good time was had by all - there was much giggling and moaning, and by about 2am there wasn't any place on the bed I could see where one could lay without laying in a wet spot - God, I love watching a woman take her pleasure

One down side that tended to work out okay in the end - I've been doing Atkins for awhile and and right in the middle of a position that wasn't all that complicated I got one vicious leg cramp.

Followed less than a minute later by a second one that brought tears to my eyes

Scared Mr. Happy so bad he pretty much refused to play for the rest of the evening, which we devoted to oral and manual play and much giggling and moaning was enjoyed by all.

This morning, Mr. Happy had regained his composure and all is well - but it looks like I'm gonna have to increase the number of mineral supplements I take if I'm gonna continue on this diet

Check your calcium/magnesium balance. Vitamin B6 is another good one, and make sure you're toning the front of your leg (tap your feet, rotate the food), because this can happen because the calf muscle can do it and shin muscles aren't toned enough to balance the demand on the leg. Arnica cream can help prevent those, too. Check a health food store.

These are suggestions, only, I'm not a doctor, don't look like one, don't play one on TV.

Thanks, Straycatsetsuko - I do take calcium, magnesium and potassium supplements and they seem to help. Might have to increase the dosage a little more - and I'll definitely look into your suuggestions
