soft rumblings in my ear..........

what does happy sound like to you?

You cannot conceive the many without the one.

The sound of my grandson's unabandoned laughter! The sound of my husband's breath in my ear as he whispers I love you. The sound of family.....just enjoying being together.....sitting there looking around a room full of generations and listening to the love woven there.

It's the sounds of joyous life!
My daughter's voice, anytime of the day.
AND the sound of a friends voice that says, I care about you.
AND the sound of YOU telling me you are better.
Cause I care about you

Hi, wickedeasy. I remember having to read "Death of a Salesman" during high school, and the following quote still remains with me:

Happy: What a woman! They broke the mold when they made her. You know that, Biff?

Anyway, that's what happy sounds like to me. Hope you continue to get better. Take care.

"C'mere lover boy"
and if he doesn't answer?
"oh lover boy"
and if he STILL doesn't answer?
"I say Bay-beee
my swee-eeet bay-beee,
you're the one."

It's the sound of quiet and calm, which means no chaos.... It's always the sound of my oldest daughter laughing and happy.... It's the sound of being told "I love you" by those I truly love.... Most importantly, it less a sound than a knowledge that all is ok, even when it's not ok....

The wind in my face at the seashore, the sound of people I love laughing, birds singing, my drum beating, my husband's hearbeating....

Yup...this juiciness is from me....
