Polly's Law

Polly's Law reads, "sexual attractiveness increases in inverse proportion to proximity to immediate location".

Do you find messages from people who write to you from the other side of the world, and who you can probably never meet, more alluring than local contacts?

This is Polly, still Wagging

Attractiveness is directly proportional to the size of the breasts and inversely proportional to the length of the conversation.

Not more alluring, just much more frustrating!

Polly, I'm just thankful "anyone" from "anywhere" communicates with me.

Right? And it's like most times I can get a woman inside 100 miles of me to give me the time of day! Funny how that works huh?

Absolutely. For example, I really go for Babes From Bahrain.

Completely true! Most people whose blogs I read
(and whom I will probably never meet - sigh!!!!)
are living very far away: Greece, Netherlands,
the Far East, most importantly other planets like Venus!
But the law of attraction, unlike the law of
gravity, states that the force of attraction
is proportional to the distance. Quantum
mechanically this is translated to an exchange
of stong (and colorful) erotic-gluons which seem
to be asymptotically free even at infinite

Anytime you come by my place, Polly... it's an enjoyable event. And thank you for the compliment on my poetry. (Walks away smiling!)

There is just something about being able to take your time composing your thoughts and making what you say funny, whitty, charming, "...etceterrra, etceterrra, etceterrra!"

When you know or have a basic certainty that you'll never have to "perform" in the tenseness of the now and present it frees you up a little. I can hardly ever think of what to say when i'm "there", but if i have time to think about it i can usually order my thoughts properly and express myself well...."dang! i should've said this/that" or "that didn't sound as good as it did right before it left my mouth!" is my common train of thought when meeting or being introduced to new people.

What interested 13563 and expatbrit 49 said too!!

So, why is it that way? I seem to get alot more attention from the guys living 200+ miles away then I do the locals. As soon as they admit that they are in San Diego, Kern County or other place farther then 100 miles, I have learned not to take any of their attention seriously, let alone the Canada, England and France guys.

I have noticed that, too, Miss Waggy. I have several faves that I would love to meet, if for nothing more than a cup of tea (yeah, right, I'm a guy, of course I want more ), but distance seems to be a frequent issue.

I'm looking forward to meeting a lot of people at the convention.

Indeed... beauty is inscribed in the distance.

Never argue with an idiot. He brings you down to his level then beats you with experience
