Blog Addiction

I think one realises one is addicted to blogging when you start composing comments on non-blogs. I’ve just finished reading a book of memoires written in the 1920’s by an old Borneo hand in retirement. He must be long dead now, but this didn’t stop me writing comments to him in my head - and even planning what pictures to post!

He'd recognise this burial box. I expect he’d love to see the changes to the land, if he could get over marvelling about the changes in technology.

It's me again, flinky, with a slight name change... yes, the advances in technology would probably overwhelm him. My older sweetie hates things like cellphones and computers... LOL, he uses the cell because being on the road it just has to be easier than trying to find a payphone at 4am in a town you've never visited before, but he HATES computers! Now, mind you, that doesn't stop him for asking me to look up things for him online...

My name is tamethytension and I am a Blogoholic,

this past 6 days my unit was in a virtual lockdown while the boss spent 33 hrs reviewing the data set from the execution of a 90 civilian contract for the Army. During this time, I managed 4-5 blogs to AdultFriendFinder using the very laptop upon which this data review was taking place. Through almost constant shifting of windows back and forth between the GIS and Mapping programs and my AdultFriendFinder account I was able to further reply to more than 2 dozen bloggers during this time. Yesterday, during a 45 minute hike up a mountain slope to get to a study site, I composed 4 blogs in my mind not once considering anything more pertinent than the general direction I was heading.

I am tamethytension... and I am apologize to Blogland for this disruption in my postings...

cheers

TTT

Are the meetings of Blogaholics on Tuesday or Thursdays? I'm usually too busy here to make it to them. Someone just blog me about when and I'll find it.
