chili cheese dreams

It was a crap day.

First it was a crap night. Last night, I had to hang a blanket over the window because I can not find any curtain rods. They all ran away. The heater was up really high, and I thought I was gonna puke. Finally fall back asleep to be stab back into consciousness by that stupid thumb tack. One of the few I used to hang that blanket up. Atleast it made a pretty swirl design on my leg as it scarred me. Lost a pint of blood.

Was awoke by my sister, asking if I could keep her oldest while she took the baby to the hospital. There was a doctor appointment this morning, and he couldn't find why an eight month old would have an 105 degree tempature. Some doctor. Well, she didn't call me until 7 pm to say that she was at work, the baby was with her friend and she'd be off after nine, if I can keep him. I already had him ten hours, what was another two?? He's my favorite anyway.

I guess the good evened out the bad. Even thought I didn't get any email from anyone I wanted to, I did get some from a few unexpected people, good ones that made me smile. Had a great conversation with a great friend, mostly about my cough and their middle name. Plus my nephew is absolutely delightful. I taught him his first knock knock joke. Except he sometimes answers his own knock knock.

nephew: knock knock
aunt: who's there??
nephew: nanna
aunt: nanna who??
nephew: knock knock
aunt: who's there??
nephew: knock knock
nephew: who's there?
aunt: banana
aunt: knock knock
nephew: nanna

Like I said, it's not quite there, but we are working on it. I can talk to him all day, and never get bored. I could also talk about him all day, making sure you get bored.

OK so it's finally nap time, and I log on, making sure that my profile was back, after taking a day to get them to turn it back on. Over a comment I made about myself on my own blog. Hmm, sensitive people.

Wish I had some bacteen for my wound.

The kid is finally picked up, and that was that. Went to my grandma's ... been trying to all day. Put some 'no slip' stickers on her shower floor. Interesting how the last sentences all lined up. Nevermind, you won't see it.

I finally go through my mail today, and low behold, I did have some, a CD from craptoast. It actually made in on my birthday. Well, I'll be a monkey's sister-in-law, and aunt. I don't think there are any words to describe this CD. It is ... perfect. If this is any insight into the world of craptoast, then all I can say is thank you. I feel privileged. I listened to it all night, and it's quite good.

So, I guess in the end, it was a craptoast day.

sounds like you had a bad day, but at least craptoast's CD had made it better. I've been keeping busy and ignoring my blog as well as everyone else's. Now that I'm trying to read a few,AdultFriendFinder is acting strange...I'm trying to comment on my own blog and on yours. you may not get this or you may see it five times, either way this is a good post. Hope all goes well.
