Damn I Need Some Good Drugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What the fuck is wrong with me? Last night was another sleepless night. It doesn't seem to matter anymore how I lay in the bed or what I try to do to relax cause I can't sleep! A night or two every now and again I can accept but this shit has been going on for weeks. I've been on different meds down through the years to help me sleep but they don't work long. My body builds a tolerance to most drugs very quickly and then you have to keep upping the dosage on them or they just become ineffective alltogether. Here recently I've been trying to deal with this problem without all the chemicals but that shit isn't working either. Alcohol and pain pills work well but who wants to spend the rest of their life doing that shit? Sure as hell not me. Burning certain types of incense in my bedroom at night used to work but now that isn't working either. Part of the problem I think is that my mind runs constantly and refuses to shut down. I think that I might need to get laid too lol, usually I can go to sleep after sex. This is getting old and It's on my nerves. Does anyone have any tips or tricks to beat this?

This may or may not help but I have the same problem and have for 2-3 years. I just had to accept that I'll only get 2 hrs of sleep before I wake up and this shit goes on all night long...Sleep 2hrs up 15 to 30 minuets back to sleep another 2 hrs and on and on till I say fuck it and get up about 4:00am....Just stop fighting it and let it be what it is fucked up but beats the hell out of using Meds....Ready

It would help you sleep if you do some exercise and then take the hot bath to relax for 1/2 hour or so. It would wear you out easily, trust me. You would sleep well then.

Also have alot of sex would make you sleep well, yeah....that's normal, lol.

Many night I do take a walk or something and a bath. It doesn't work for me actually it energizes me more. Sex would be nice though! {=}

Getting laid always works for me.

Another idea is to focus on your breathing - sort of meditate on it - silently count your breaths - focus on the counting. All other thoughts leave your head until you are so bored you go to sleep or masturbate and go to sleep.

These are the techniques that work for me.

Sex is the best thing. It wears you out in the best possible way, yet it relaxes a person. I was up at 3AM this morning and could nto go back to sleep.

Masturbation works for me also. In fact it is a nightly ritual . Sex (or masturbation) might be the key....it releases those feel good sensors to the brain, which should help relax you and hopefully get you out of your funk (even if only temporary).
