Blind Justice

Well today was the big day. I went back to court to hear the judges decision on my small claims case. NOT GOOD!
She gave judgment to him I almost shit when she said judgment for the defendant. She had caught him in several lies and he admitted he was only filing a counter claim because I had filed the initial claim.
I just knew for sure she could tell he was full of shit. Guess I was wrong. I am a really bad judge of character. Thats probably why I'm divorced.LOL
I have a positive attitude today thou.
Thanks for reading my shit. MUAH

I'll bet it wasn't so much that the judge didn't know he was full of it, it was probably something rediculous like, the judge knew he was full of it, but the law says that personal feelings of guilt or innocence must not enter into the judges decision, and some other loophole forced the judge to ignore some glaring evidence of the defendant's guilt.

--sigh-- Our legal system is FAR from perfect, but no one seems to be interested in doing anything to try and change it for the better, so we're stuck with the best we have right now.

Sorry tiger -- but glad to hear you still have an upbeat attitude anyway!
