I’d like to extend a giant ‘thank you’ to the bonehead in the black Maxima on 290 this morning near Jones Road around 11:45 AM. From the exterior of your vehicle it seemed as though you really do take pride in the appearance and cleanliness of your car. Therefore it should not have surprised me one bit that you just HAD to toss an empty x-tra large plastic cup out your window as you sped merrily down the highway. The presence of that no longer useful cup certainly would have ruined the pristine interior of your oh-so-special vehicle. okay *deep breath* my rant is over but it really gets to me when I see trash thrown out of a car window.. oh and dont get me started on the dump trucks with plastic bags flying around like confettii .... So a big please dont litter too everyone

I have met a great guy through the site ((WantingForNormal, he is no longer on here) We met back during hurricane Ike, I spent the week with him. And get this ... Yes we met through this site.. lol *shock*
We went separate ways for a few months and have found our selves back together now.

There are a lot of negative emotional associations made with the wearing of fur. Why do the same things not apply to leather coats? Or shoes and handbags, come to think of it...
I think we as a society should be up in arms about the PETA terrorists, threatening people who wear furs.
Threats of violence are not to way to win people to your cause.
I think the ads are sexy. And I think PETA people are violent and dangerous!
There are a lot of negative emotional associations made with the wearing of fur. Why do the same things not apply to leather coats? Or shoes and handbags, come to think of it...
99% of us don't think twice about our leather shoes, coats, bags, or briefcases..... but fur is ..... farmed in exactly the same way, in fact often slaughtered in a damn better way than leather.
I don't see any difference.....
So I am gonna wrap my mink swing coat tightly around my body this christmas in the N.E. and hope PETA isnt around...
As i belive they take it all a little far sometimes.....pushing thier beliefs on others is no way to gain progress for your cause.
