Dieting and excercise another addition

Let me give you whom might read my blogs a little information.. It is actually possible to go on a diet and lose weight, and do it in a healthy manor, and actually keep your taste involved....
Excercise a little bit. Just walk for one hour a day. And when you eat do what you are supposed to do...Drink a glass of juice with your meal... Heck if it is 100% juice.. Drink 3 or 4 glasses a day... Here is why... Natural juice helps reduce the amount of fat that your body will breakdown... So instead of storing it. You will pass it.... Holy moly... Who would have thought.. And your body will start using the fat it has retained already..Also check your health with a doctor..The doctor will love this diet program.. Notice I did not say anything about calories, or carbs,.,,., This will help you as a starter. It is a slow process but it works.

nonsense. juice has too much sugar. eat the whole fruit, at least you'll have the benefit of fiber. fat does not simply pass through the digestive system. it is stored for future use as energy. no, it's not neccessary to count calories and carbs are a good thing. Portion size and the glycemic index are more important points to consider

jayr63 --- Juice has what is called good sugar-- There is bad sugar-- bad fat--bad carbs--but there are those that are considered good.. And the juice acts as an inhibitor towards the fat.. So it will stop all of the fat from breaking down and storing in your system.... If you want to prtion size that is fine as well. Although I didn't like it. GOing through my family doctor. I have used this diet for 2 years now along with excercise for 30 minutes a day. So I know it works. I have introduced this to others as well that were heavier than me. And they are losing weight and have stuck with it. So you can say hogwash all you like.. But when people lose weight with me through this.. And actually stay on it... Proof is in the puddin' as we say in Texas
