Holy Crap! I had Chick-A-Boom and Popcorn on a K-tel record and my sister and I just loved to dance around our room to those two songs. What a blast, I had forgotten all about Chick-a-boom, now I am going to be singing it all day! What about "Ain't got a home" by Clarence "Frogman" Henry or Henry "Frogman" Clarence, I can never remember! Thanks for the trip down memory lane!!

Mostly I groaned when those songs came on, but probably cause I'm a little older. But my guilty pleasure was something called "Little Dog Heaven" That overly sentimental, gushy thing made my 17 year old self tear up every time I heard the damn thing. I think it was the line about "...if you see him scratching at the Pearly Gates, please let him in." Gulp.

Yeah, I'm still [blog 1hotwahine]

Windy - The Association

(my Mother named me after this song)...

Who's peekin' out from under a stairway
Calling a name that's lighter than air
Who's bending down to give me a rainbow
Everyone knows it's Windy

Who's tripping down the streets of the city
Smilin' at everybody she sees
Who's reachin' out to capture a moment
Everyone knows it's Windy

And Windy has stor-my eyes
That flash at the sound of lies
And Windy has wings to fly
Above the clouds (above the clouds)
Above the clouds (above the clouds)

[Flute]

And Windy has stor-my eyes
That flash at the sound of lies
And Windy has wings to fly
Above the clouds (above the clouds)
Above the clouds (above the clouds)

Who's tripping down the streets of the city
Smilin' at everybody she sees
Who's reachin' out to capture a moment
Everyone knows it's Windy
[Repeat And fade]

Now won't last forever, so use it wisely~c
