CEO's

there has been some press about Bob Nardelli, President/CEO/Chairman of the Board of Home Depot and his salary/compensations/etc. Each of his titles is a salaried position, and he is paid most handsomely, and will retire even more handsomely. The debate rages on about executives and what is a fair wage for their services. i am not against those who work for and attain wealth. we all strive for success and financial independence. is there a point when we see how much a Bob Nardelli is paid, and wonder "how much is enough?" people are a businesses most important asset, down to the lowest person on the food chain. when Bob makes his 29 million a year, what does he feel like when he slashes part-time/full-time benefits, and associates get .25/.35/.50 cent an hour raises once a year?
