A good day to stay under the sheets....

Look:

Its raining and it plans on continuing to rain. The weather does not look like it will waiver.

Its cool and temperatures will stay in the high 60's, not exactly the summer heat that is expected.

It is extremely cloudy and even the sun does not want make an effort. It definitely reflects my mood.

I can already hear sirens for the multitudes of accidents and traffic I will have to weave in and out of to get to work. Not only do North Carolinians not know how to drive in snow, but apparently anything that does not involve a perfect day of no wind and no water.

I'm about to call off work today, stay in my boxers and t-shirt, snuggle under my warm covers, and resume the incredible dream I had cause I want none of this bullsh*t. D*amn it! There goes that stupid conscious and my feet on the ground.

**one good thing: looks like my soccer game will be canceled tonight, which is good since it is at 10 pm - way past the time in which I want to do anything active unless it has something to do with the bedroom**

I slept in a bit longer than usual also, went to bed at about 12:30 am and got up at about 10:30am. Really needed a good night's sleep as my sleep has been rocky for some time. The hellish deep tissue body massage I got yesterday probably helped wear me out. It was about 3 hours of reliveing muscle tension and breaking up tangled nerves in plenty of congested spots. Most of which were as painful as a chainsaw kissing me. In fact, I could so easily go back to bed right now.

In a strange coincidence, I just had a relative come into town and take over my bedroom, so I'm looking for someplace to spend the night ....

Oh well, it's sunny now, time to go running, and plenty nice enough for a soccer game!

Nope, Tuesday and Wednesday are my days off. I didn't go back to bed but I've been very tired all day. I try to get massages at least once every two months, but until yesterday it had been well over 3 months. Strenuous routine exercise can lead to nerves and capillaries getting tangled and knotted up, causing soreness, decreased bloodflow, and bruising. Muscle tension can also be problematic, as well as toxin build up from the waste products of protein synthesis and other processes taking place in and around muscles. All of these things decrease your performance, which is why it's also necessary to rest from working out every so often. Let the body fully rejuvenate itself.

Deep tissue massages help get the knots broken up, relieve stress and muscle tension, and work out toxins that are settling in the muscle. Most of the soreness isn't felt until a massage starts prodding it, and then you find it's painful in places it shouldn't be. So I address it now instead of letting it cause me serious problems years from now.

I know what ya mean. I am border line as far as one of those people that get very depressed without the sun.

I also know what ya mean about people not being able to drive in PERFECT weather.

OMG!!!! It's raining. How am I going to drive???!!!! People in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania have the same mentality when the weather is bad. I personally do not understand it. If it's snowing SLOW down dammit If it's raining PAY attention!!!

Some people just do not belong on the road!!!!!!!!

Can I snuggle with ya????!!!! Ummmmmmmmm! That sounds sooooooo good!!!!! Nice and warm and cozy. I don't think we would be snuggling for too long

Yes the night time is the right time!!!!! Know what I mean????
