(well...not completely 100% but enough to write a a post with some substance)

As much as I would like to see a 6'3'', athletic-body built from soccer and swimming Brandon Routh in skin-tight blue that stretches over his broad shoulders, thick chest, hard abs that accentuates every muscle and, of course, a brief moment of red that highlights his....well....

As much as I will enjoy seeing this, I want to see the new Superman Returns movie that shows on Wednesday, June 28, 2006 for more of the less-sexy reasons:

1. Director: Bryan Singer
House, MD - Fox series in which sarcastic doctor says what most people won't
The Usual Suspects (1995) - absolute favorite movie especially with the twist at the end, brilliantly done, exceptional
Apt Pupil (1998 ) - excitingly warped movie

2. Lex Luther: Kevin Spacey
The Usual Suspects (1995-Roger “verbal” Kint): won Oscar for Best Supporting Actor
Seven (1995-John Doe): Spacey refused billing on the film, fearing that it might compromise the ending if audiences were waiting for him to appear
L.A. Confidential (1997-Det. Sgt. Jack Vincennes)
Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil (1997-James 'Jim' Williams)
American Beauty (1999-Lester Burnham)
Beyond the Sea (2004-Bobby Darin)

Arent you lucky...us poor plebs over in Northern Ireland have to wait another week at least (maybe two) before we get it....no wonder downloads are popular. Hope you enjoy Brandon in all his Glory.

I'll give Bryan Singer his due for X-Men and X2, and House, MD is a great show. Kevin Spacey is better than Tom Cruise and other overpaid actors in my opinion. He's among my favorite male actors, which isn't that many. At the top of my all time favorite movies though, is Bladerunner.

I can not wait to see that movie. Although, I think I love anything to do with superman. Not quite in the biblical way that you love him but I want to see the movie just the same. Would love to take you but think I might be too busy watching to fool around in the back row.
