The "Ask me for a photo" silhouette and others

I've looked at the silhouettes and wondered what other people think about them. They look white to me, and the ones for explicit pics that can't be seen outside of profiles are all white and in their thirties. The transvestite one is probably no less than 40, and I would think that this would bother the people who post their pictures too. Just wondering if anyone here knows why AdultFriendFinder would do this. I understand that they want those of us here incognito to post pictures and won't give us a choice of avatars, but why are the explicit ones only one race?

Here is an opinion from a guy that works in the IT Industry (mgr.), as well as creator of commercial sites for small businesses. Please note: I have my manager hat on!

The “Ask me” silhouette:
Those avatars are more than likely found in the public domain, the guy whose job it was to include them into the code database was told to grab a male and female pic. There was probably no one that told him to get several male and female so that the users (you and would have a choice.

This site was built to make money; this means the company will spend the least amount of money to get the “biggest bang for the buck”. Part of keeping the cost down is speed of the guys and girls doing the code.... they don’t have the time to look for all the things every user would like to have. My manager hat is now off.

The explicit pic question:
I’m still trying to figure what page you are referring to, when I log on there is some of all types. ???
