Eulogy For One too Young

This really isn't the best place to post a tribute to You but maybe some locally might see. You deserved more of a life, but that was cut short. You would've graduated last sunday, but You died in a car wreck just days short. It was your last day of school, you were just 17.You'll never be older but those who knew You will never forget You. Your funeral procession was something to see,for your family were farmers...As were You. They came dressed in JOHN DEERE shirts, hats, and the colors....The procession was led by a JD tractor YOU once drove. the line of mourners was very long with more tractors in line...to Waldo it went, to lay You at rest,Beside my father you know sleep. Now You're on the other side,Ihope it's a better place. REST IN PEACE ADAM NIEDHART

Gosh, I can only hope that YOU'RE still with us, my friend...

.

Been a while since they last let me out into polite society. Resurfacing, catching a breath, & catching up.

And while I got my Broad-Brimmed Pimping Hat on, could I cajole all of y'all to Comment on, Alone In A Cloud? It's probably the best thing that I've written!

Lately...

spunky...
I'm sorry to learn about your great loss.
Welcome to blogging, spunky. I hardly ever make predictions, but I nevertheless predict that this will be the top male blog here, in just over four months. *wink*

i have a 15 yr old with an 18 yr old boyfriend. as i read this they are at their final day of school,& he graduates. he has a 99 mustang gt so of course, as a mom, i worry. as much as i would like to keep my kids in a bubble, not letting them jump on trampolines, or go rock climbing, or ride in a fast car, i know when it it their time, it is their time. i remind myself of how much sadder i would be after they died, if i had to face the fact that i never let them LIVE.
my condolences.
