Should that be moody or morbid or mortal???
Once again I turn to the Touchstones for insight and typically somewhat severely interpolated tunnel vision into presupposed reality. Precisely, my liege, here I am again … in abject uncertainty. Maybe a couple of somewhat choice yet random quotes will somehow sort of bring me out of my somewhat provisionally inveterate stupor. Okay now, who wants to go first? Okay, Ms Satir, perhaps we’ll start with you:
What is obvious to me is that we did not create ourselves . . . life is something inside of you. You did not create it. Once you understand that, you are in a spiritual realm. ‒ Virginia Satir
Perhaps I’ll have more to say about that later. At the moment I’m still dumfounded by it.
So let’s move along a bit now and see who else might wish to speak out on this. Okay, now Mr. Berry, why don’t you go next: let her rip!
The universe is the primary revelation of the divine, the primary scripture, the primary focus of divine-human communion. -- Thomas Berry
What a come on, huh? And you, my trusty rusty Monsieur Cousteau liege:
If we were logical, the future would be bleak indeed. But we are more than logical. We are human [doings], and we have faith [or we create it], and we have hope [or imagine it], and we can work [Why can’t we just play?] ‒ Jacques Cousteau &
What a way to go, Jose? And you Monsieur Anonymous:
He who dies with the most toys wins: gather ye rosebuds and cherries and flabbergasters while ye may. ‒ Author Unknown
To be continued??? How come???
It's well known that men and women are different but it keeps being re-discovered with great excitement [and some body snatching]. ‒ Ashleigh Brilliant: POT-SHOTS NO. 3872 &
Once the game is over, the king and the pawn go back into the same box. -- Italian Proverb
When the party’s over, turn out the lights! -- Now Somewhat Obscure
