4th of July News Report Update...And the Breakup...

Well, an expat coworker (one who understands Russian) saw the news report I was worried about earlier. Here is what he discovered:

YES! There was video footage of Russians playing football on our front lawn area. BUT, the video was taken from a far distance, and NOT within our camp grounds.

YES! The news people shot video of a store where some of us buy alcohol. BUT, it was a store located in the local village (Chumlak, I'm not making that name up).

So, to recap, no video was shot within our Camp grounds. The story was not exactly "negative" against what we are doing, but it did contrast how "we" live compared to the local village people. There is really no way to sugar coat that type of comparison.

Well, I will not be seeing the last woman I had sex with and talked about earlier. This is the woman that asked me a lot about my sexual activity during our time apart (one whole week) and also wanted me to know her not just for sex, but for more.

After I sent the breakup message, her story changed a bit. Now, she thinks sex with me was amasing ( well, I knew that already) and she just wanted to hear me SAY that I was interested in more from her. The fact that our communications are lousy due to the language barrier was something we would overcome.

I'm not buying it and I already have other plans for this evening. Yes, there are that many single women running around this place.

Yeah. I think I'm more relieved about the security issue.

In my old age, I can't seem to handle relationship drama that well anymore. Not that I could handle it well before, but now I just tend to ignore stuff. I wonder if that is "bad".
