i'm just wandering around the blog section here tonight.. something to do i guess, but why-oh-why am i doing it? i've never even really read 'normal' blog sites much less spent an evening reading these amazing dips into weirdness to be found on AdultFriendFinder. all i can say is thank goodness badminton season is starting back up again soon.

anyways, i was reading and saw where someone made a comment that they were like the most popular blogger in north carolina within two weeks of starting blogging. this got me wondering how they knew that so i started having a look at the section called 'blogs'. i had looked on that page before at the new blogs people start and made a few comments on them but never really looked around the entire page.

i visited the ‘browse by location’ section. There you can see who has the ‘most popular blogs in the world’….. from there you can see into regions and who has the ‘most popular blogs in europe’ ( a few names i recognise there) and from there to the ‘most popular blogs in the united kingdom’…and from there to london.. and to my utter surprise .. my blog was there on the list…..all i can say is that must mean there are very few people blogging in london.

tomorrow brings september. summer ends. to me this time of year is like the real beginning of the year somehow.... if things are to be accomplished, it will be at this time of the year.

1. on blogs: you're popular - you better face it and accept it!
2. on sept: you sound like a stock trader back from the hamptons!
(sorry, don't know the british equivalent - ibiza?)
3. on ramona: i disagree - one needs both. balance. mind and senses.
the inside and the outside. the ying and the yang. the ping and the pong. it's very hard to be happy with an empty stomach. even gurus
must drink water!
3a. peace and happiness can be as beautiful and simple as a sunset
on a west coast beach, the sun shining through the breaking waves,
shining on sunburned faces - have you ever been there, sexy8?
4. sorry, smiley overload, must be the beer!

As usual, a thought-provoking blog ma'am ... I have no problem in believing that your blog is popular.

I guess we all like the attention and interest (as you intimated way back in the early days of your blog) so I decided to follow your example and look through the location section. Fascinating reading it was too.

Down to Europe where I see the blog of Erik_Bloodaxe is near the top of the list of most popular blogs even though it hasn't been updated since mid-July. I can believe it is still up there though: I knew him when he was online more regularly and he was rarely less than interesting.

Down to the UK where AmberSolaire tops the list with AmberSolaire and, again, that is quite believable - fascinating guy who gets plenty of views and responses ... even if he is determined to get me into trouble!

Down into London and there you are! Congratulations, ma'am! To think I was one of the first to see your blog

Then back up and into Surrey to see where I rate. Hmmm ... not on the list. Top number of responses: 1. View All ... and I'm not in the list of all bloggers in Surrey either

Backtrack and check UK thoroughly ... no, I'm not there either.

What a way to start September! Still, I'm sure your rating is valid

May the new month, the start of your period of accomplishment be filled with joy and happiness and achievement.

Me? Call me shallow but I'm going to start off the month by trying to find what's happened to my blog!

Of course you are popular. I make a point of a point of reading your blog, even if I don't always leave a comment. In fact I'm not ging to leave a comment on this one either!

lol, albert, you must be the master of the one-liner. or is that two?

quiet guy, i have tried leaving a couple of responses on your blog lately but they don't seem to show up for some reason. i don't know if it is me or you...i will try again in a minute.

eros, how did you know i was a stock broker?? sell,sell,sell.. and, how could you possibly disagree with ramona? she sounds such a wise woman. i do agree though. balance is what we need is all things. i will think about that a bit more. your comment on it being hard to be happy on an empty stomach reminds me of maslow's hierarchy of needs. do you know it?

and yes, i have been there. i love the ocean and water generally. can’t think of a nicer way to spend a day.

Slightly ... I can assure you it's nothing that I'm doing! As I've said before, every response is treasured But other people have said that their posts have disappeared too, not only on my blog either. Methinks there is a glitch somewhere ... Nice to know you read mine just as I read yours though
