What's the deal?

What's the deal with people these days. I search all the profiles and take the time to e-mail those that I have an interest in, days go by and I check my mail often and I don't get any responses back. Its like walking down the street and you say hello to someone and they don't response back. To me that is RUDE. If you are not interested then say so, don't leave people hanging. Were here to have fun and not hurt anyone. I'm one that can take no as an answer, all I ask is for you to say so.

Ah, Skeeter....the reason you must show 7 picture IDs and present a signed note from your mother to write a check these days is that the lower life forms that inhabit so much of this society have trained the merchants to be wary. Likewise, if you will carefully peruse these blogs, you will see that many of the ladies decry the angry, abusive replies that they receive when they take the time and politeness to send someone a "no thank you." Rejection brings out the absolute worst in many of our fellow males. Ugly, ugly stuff. So it is safer, and psychologically more gentle for the ladies to simply let things pass rather than reply in a more polite fashion. Blame your fellow males for training the ladies to ignore....

I agree with FIHighlands. Any time I've answered someone politely, but honestly saying I'm not sure we're a match, they have come back and been very mean. I now just ignore someone I'm not interested in or send one of the pre-designed re-plys.

Yep. I've only had three 'decent' connections. Plus the non paying member has few frills.
Best of luck to ya
