Good Customer Service

For the price of an international phone call for 5 minutes.
A nice lady named Cheryl (I think)
helped me on the phone and listened to my complaints and reinstated my profile.
In the future I will skype them to save money.
It took me ten minutes of digging to find a phone number, but once I got through...WOW!
In the future I will not waste my time emailing.
But rather spend money I could have spent on a silver membership on phone calls begging to get my profile turned on.
At least something will get turned on around here.

Well, you have me 'turned on'......

You see, Shylena, whenever you call any customer service person do so only after you're totally wrecked.

Once connected, they HAVE to serve you because the call is usually being 'monitored for quality assurance purposes' and it also helps to inform the represenative - male or female - that you are totally naked, the police will be there shortly, and you have to get the sheep and goats out of the house before they arrive.

Now, you have their attention and they WILL fix your issue and maybe, just maybe, find that you are just their type of person and give you a month or two bonus membership just because you fit in so well.

Dharmic.... hmmmm maybe but I dont think so.
The goats, damn, Ileft them at home in Wales (Sheepshagging capitol of the world I learned last weekend from thise in the KNOW)
The cops don't want me, they just want to de-feet me.
The CS chick was a straight chick like me.
I remained polite, as did she.
You know and I know she couldn't do a damn thing but fix the problem.
I wanted to post the emails etc on the CEO's blog, he has repeatedly asked for proof of dealings with CS, but Surprise, his blog is only open to friends again.
Real criticism gets to scary on there I think.

Two month free membership if I give my credit card details for automatic renewal? I have recently heard horror stories about lack of security on here and am loathe to even do the confirm ID.
I had used another email for this account, when I changed email addresses my old email suddenly started getting SHITLOADS of spam about sex sites. I had it for 5 years but two weeks after removing it from AdultFriendFinder the spam surged from almost none to over 40 a day.
If I gave them my name and address there is no guarantee that some psycho would not get into their database find my name and address and credit card details.
Thanks but no thanks.
AdultFriendFinder has a certain Standard...... due to that I will also remain Standard, keep my silver, and go for the real gold; fun friendships.

Thanks for the insight.

Yes, the AdultFriendFinder (just a little to far off the edge of the table for my tastes) has been working my pop-up blockers to death as is my e-mail spam guards.

The irony for me (the sex spam) is I'm not here prospecting for sex although if a nugget showed up in my pan I certainly wouldn't toss it back.
