Lazy Times

I was just in bed, taking a nap, thinking about nothing in particular. Things pop into your mind and then pop out. You respond to them, but they don't really register. Flashes of conversations you've had in your life; pictures of events that go half remembered.

I like lazy times like those. You can get some great thoughts flowing. Remember things that have been trapped in your mind just waiting to come out. I am so surprised by what my mind can hold. Someone will ask me something and I have no real idea what they are talking about. But my mind will throw something up into the air that it retained without my knowing it and I can answer the question. I just hate it when you need to know something and you can't seem to get your mind to function. You know, like something you studied for, like a test. You spent hours trying to retain the information and your mind doesn't want to work with you. You can't seem to remember anything you want to remember. It is on the tip of your mind. You can almost see it, taste it, smell it, hear it, and touch it; but it remains out of reach. I hate times like that.

Anyways, enough of this nonsense.

Love you later,
