If you haven

I have no self esteem. Growing up i had magnifying glasses, pipples i couldnt get rid of and I looked so skinny I looked like an ethiopian-no offense ethiopians! I think i'll always see the scrawny ugly little runt I was growing up. Sex goddess, I'm not. If I ever do meet this greek businessman, I think he'll take one look and start his own marathon!
I'll never see myself as pretty, but ofcourse, i'll never be full of myself either!

Paris Hilton can have the spotlight, glory, and money! Who really wants to be followed by the photographers? Kinda ruins the sensual mood during dinner, doesn't it? I won't lie, money would be nice, but the things i enjoy doesnt require cash.

I must have bitched enough people out for their 'one night stand' invites, i scared everyone else away.
I have my serious moments, and my comedy moments, guess you'll have to tune into see which will it be today!

I took a week off of exercizing and i think it's playing head games with me. I couldnt have changed that much in a week. I just need to slap myself and tell me to get my ass back to the y. I always had better esteem after running

Pink,
You may not see yourself as pretty but I would venture a guess that most guys, including your Greek, would find you not only pretty but sexy as hell also.
As for the exercising, well everything I've read says that you should take at least one day off each week. Plus I've read articles that show that taking a full week off once a year isn't bad for you either. The body gets a chance to refresh itself on the time off plus you might avoid becoming bored with your exercise routine also. Even in articles from bodybuilders, they admit to taking time off from working out to help keep them from burnout.
So don't worry and keep blogging as a lot of us here like reading what you have to write.

Almost everyone has their moments of self-doubt but you can't let such thoughts run your life.
If the exercise has really pissed you off then a break is definitely warranted. Otherwise stick to it, your body will come to recognise and crave the endorphins released during physical activity, making a workout that much more enjoyable.
