when jealousy becomes insanity

When does jealous acts stop being cute and become down right scary? Is it the very first time he gives you that "look" when he sees you laughing and talking with someone of the opposite sex, the min. he starts wanting to know your whereabouts every second of the day, or is it when you're a lil' late arriving home from work and he goes out to look for you making sure to look on the streets where all your exes live? Now are all of these jealous displays of affection or does this person really have psychological issues? How far or how extreme must it become before you say "Hey, you're really starting to scare me. I think we should cool it for awhile." Millions of ppl are killed worldwide by lovers or spouses during a jealous rage. Know when enough is enough. Get help.

sexsweet, I would have to say that the first time he gives you the "look". At that point I would become worried and have a discussion with him. When it happened the second time its time to get out.

Take it from someone who has been that guy you are talking about, get away from this person. Jealousy and the rage that goes with it does not go away or get better, it only intensifies. I have in the past been there and can tell you, someday he will snap. So to answer the question, he has psycological issues pertaining to feelings of inadequacy, not nesesarily sexual inadequacy, perhaps just not living up to ones potential or the frustration of feeling out of control in his life. A secure person that loves himself will not experiance jealousy problems. If you don't love yourself you are incapable of loving anyone else. Forgive my spelling.
