Working out


I just started lifting weights and working out again on a more serious level. I am gonna give the Body For Life Challence a shot.
While I am not in bad shape or overweight, I have had a couple of surgeries in the past couple of years that have precluded me from any heavy exercise.
It feels really great to be getting in shape again, I forgot how much weight training does for you.
Anybody out there that plans on getting motivated tomorrow, please, I implore you to get your start today. You don't have to have lots of fancy equipment or a gym membership. A swiss ball(more than one kind of fun here ) and some dumb bells will do the job
Start getting inshape and feeling good about yourself, you will be glad you did.

You are absolutly right 50 bucks worth of stuff with cardio will do the trick wellness coach here, do alot of inhome consults

exercise ball yes.. have two one to wrok out, and one to work out with her but falling off sucks
