On the road again

Well it looks like I'm spending the next week in Findlay Ohio. I've traveled alot in the last 10 years for work and I don't get the same thrill as I use to. Probably work 10 or 12 hours a day get the job done and come home. I was in New York 2 years in a row on 9/11, saw the smoke the first year and dodged all the chaos the next. Worked in DC the day after they caught the sniper thank god cause I wasn't going if they did'nt. Did Miami (worst drivers) and Naples (can you say goof off) put the the big "O" on the OSU stadium to.
Hope my daughter can hold out till I get back so I can see her and make sure she's OK, yeah there's a new baby there but I worry about my baby first.

Well in maybe two weeks I'll be a grandpa again.
I told my daughter last night to get ready cause with 3 males in the house there will more noxious fumes than the EPA has listed, she was thrilled at thought as you might expect.

Lifes to hectic before the holiday sometimes to reflect on the new year but as I sit and pause today it begins. What to do with the coming year,
I've already done the financial part although there's some details to complete.
On the personal health end well smoking's always an issue but you have to be in the right frame of mind to start the whole process and I guess I'm not there today.
My little sis gave me a diet book for xmas  I'll never understand the folks on the west coast. If there was going to be anything to do with that it probably involve going to the store more often I'm terrible about that , drag my ass to the grocery store AGAIN! Huh that's what I need a personal assistant that will do all the boring crap that I don't want to do anymore
( OK add that to list for 2007 #1 find some fool who will do all this stuff so I dont have to. #2 figure out how to pay for #1.).
I have like 5 bills to pay each month and I can't stand that either, I must be getting old cause it seems like I've been doing the same thing over and over again and I just dont want to.
I know wah wah wah but hey its my blog.
Uh oh I think its middle age setting in, time to go out and buy a red sports car and date women younger than my daughters.
Shit I'm starting to sound like Andy Rooney

God I hate the rat race, I'm not built for it but its the path I've chosen. Business and people just keep getting winey'er (if thats a word) and winey'er. Ya just feel like screamin stop your bitchin and handle it.
I'm gonna find a warm pair of arms this weekend and let it all go until Tuesday. Happy New Years folks.

Thought I'd pass on a thank you to all those friends at the Winking Lizard on the 16th. As always meeting new faces is always a good thing. Mz honey and her friends from Ohia were nice people. All the folks from Cleve showed which made it good. Cyber I still think you need a pic of you in that suit on your profile. And playtime its been almost 2 years now and its always good to see ya.

Sometimes I wish I could take time off between the holidays cause I sure don't feel like working. I blew 2hrs yesterday flirting on the computer instead of working cause my mind didn't want to be there. Seems there was a lady out there that had the same problem cause we concocted a 32 email fantasy. My New Years is looking brighter.
