In A Tiger's Company

She says -

The sun crept silently into the morning shadows
A warm and welcome breath against the cold night
He lay sleeping, unaware of prowling eyes
Careful not to stir him, I reached out and touched a Tiger

His proud mane disheveled from our passions
His roar subdued into a gentle purr
Teeth in hiding, claws at rest
I traced the outline of twitching whiskers

Strong and bold, ever the protector of his fields
I recounted feeling every muscle, the fury of their fight
Unexpectedly soft under that intimidating coat
Coaxed to attention with the thrill of the hunt

Humbled to think he could level me with one pounce
Inspired instead that he would roar in my defense
He the royal prince, and me the timid prey
Knowing the heart that resides in this awesome beast

Frightened, thrilled, amazed
I am enthralled in his warmth

He says - Would this explain the craving for Elk and catnip? Very nice thoughts, dear lady. *Extends deep bow*

~the royal exquisite tiger~, alas, we should all feel grateful to hear his roar...
(not to mention desiring to be eaten by one, lol)

Still...

If he scratches the furniture... kick him out!

She says - Ms Pink, being eaten by a tiger will be a post for another day. But until then, just picture a big cat cleaning...

Bulge, I'll can his tail chasing ass if he scratches the furniture, or if he burns the roast!
