Here is a list of some natural aphrodisiacs. This group is for women but many of the substances, (yohimbe bark, for instance) have benefits for men also.

Catuaba (bark) - Native to Brazil and parts of the Amazon, Catuaba is a central nervous system stimulant commonly used throughout the world for treating sexual impotence, exhaustion and fatigue.

Avena Sativa - Used to treat fatigue and exhaustion, Avena improves brain and nervous system function and has been used to treat impotence. It is extremely useful for aiding your body in recovering from exhaustion, as well as correcting sexual debility.
Yohimbe (bark) - Used traditionally to treat impotence and frigidity, Yohimbe helps to increase blood flow and sensitivity of nerves, especially in the pelvic region. It is commonly used as an aphrodisiac to stimulate sexual organs and improve central nervous system function.
Tribulus Terrestris (fruit) - Tribulus can improve desire and performance and increase sexual energy. Tribulus is also an excellent circulatory and heart tonic and can help dilate arteries. In India it is used as a tonic for the urinary system.
Schizandra (berry) - The colorful berries of the Schizandra plant have been a staple of Chinese herbalists for centuries, and are known throughout Asia to increase sexual stamina.
Siberian Ginseng - Commonly used by athletes for overall body strengthening, Ginseng fortifies the adrenal gland, and promotes healthy circulation. It increases the conversion rate of sugars into the necessary substrates for the formation of fatty acids in the liver. Siberian Ginseng stimulates the central nervous system, and is a quick antidote for fatigue.
Peruvian Maca - By normalizing steroid hormones such as testosterone, Maca can help restore sexual function and increase the libido.
Bilberry (powder) - Bilberry powder is the dry extract of the European Blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus: Myrtilli fructus). It contains high levels of tannic acid, and improves circulation.
Saw Palmetto - Saw Palmetto is a small palm tree with large leaves and large deep red blackberries found on the North American Atlantic Coast. Saw Palmetto berries contain an oil with a variety of physosterols. Studies have shown Saw Palmetto to aid in the balancing of hormones.
