Can anyone tell me why it is that the more you do for your job the less they seem to appriciate you?
I've been busting my ass for the last 2 in a half years and have yet to even get a good job. And people that have been there less time and don't do half the work get all kinds of recognition. Why is that? Please help me figure this out.

I am not saying this is your situtaion.....just one example that might make you think.

I found that people who feel this way most of the time need to step back and look at the job as a whole....Am I really going that extra mile? What are my responsibilites?....Part of doing a job well done is being a team player...working well with others...I found that when my enployees felt over looked and some one was promoted over them my reason most of the was for choosing someone else was that the person was not a team player. difficult to work with...these are part of doing a job well done

So ask you self.....Are you a team player? Do you have a sttitude?

If you answer yes to these questions then someone is kissing someone's ass....lol
