tooo busy!

What a day!!! no make it what a couple of days, and 3 more to go! I had a volunteer conference this morning from 11-1:30, then had class at 2 (I'm currently waiting for stuff to dry so I can continue working with it, but right now the clay is to moist to do what I want to with it. Tomorrow I have a United Way meeting at 10, and a TV recording for a Access cable chanel on volunteer opportunities at the radio station. Then on Saturday is the caregiver's conference in the morning, in addition to working at the health food store. Sunday, church, the store again, and then a movie night here at the university... oh there's also the gallery opening on Saturday night if I can make that fit... and going out with Chris (male friend) after doing my volunteer stint at the Phoenix Center a local teen drop in center...

Ok... breath....

but I did reluctantly drop my spanish course. I just wasn't getting it, and well the nightmares all in spanish that I just didn't understand were frightening.

I hope you have a good weekend. Have fun doing what ever it is

It's a shame you dropped Spanish. Nightmares in a foreign language indicate you are about to make the breakthrough and think in that language, not just translate back and forth but live in the language. Before I got hit and lost all my foreign languages I used to work in a Hispanic neighborhood tending store. I had no trouble working with Angle customers, and only a little with Latino. My biggest problem was getting a different one every other customer and having to switch back and forth between Spanish and English. After a while you could hear the gears grind as I went from thinking in one language to thinking in another. LOL!
