Update...

As some of you know, I have been restricted to a diet of about 1500 calories a day... (no wine, damn it!) and various other "unfun" stuff for the last three months. I went into it with a positive attitude... and well, it's paying off now.

To date: I have now lost forty (40) pounds. Now, I knew I was a little heavy... but not too terrible. Was I wrong! I'm at 188 lbs. now! And I'm wearing a size 34 waisted pants. That's down from size 38. (Yeah, it feels pretty good.)

I overheard one lady today comment to another lady... "Just look at him. Strutting around here looking so sexy with that cute little butt. He just inspires me to want to go back on my diet again." (That made me smile to myself.)

I turned to her and her companion and invited them to eat the things I'm eating, and to go through the workouts I'm doing. Her friend suggested I not lose anymore weight, cause ladies don't like men too skinny. I asked her if I could just "tone" it up some. She stepped forward and whispered, "Baby, you're tone enough for me right now." (That made me blush! No, really... it did.)

She asked what I weighed and I told her. She was surprised. She figured me for about fifteen pounds lighter than that. (That made me proud! I have a large bone structure. DON'T GO THERE!!! AHH, YOU DID ANYWAY!)

The abs are starting to show more... and you could tell that with the shirt I was wearing. She just looked me slowly up and down, and sighed. (That made me "really proud!" I blushed again. I can't help it!)

Now, how do I stop losing the weight? I still have to remain on my diet. I eat at least four to five times a day. It's called "grazing." (I still hate that term. Makes me think of cows.) But it's a "medical" term for what I do.

So there it is. A new sleeker unlisted is now out and about. And yeah, I'm kinda liking the way I look.

hugs to all, unlisted

Awesome! Now we're going to have to put a fence around you to keep all the ladies from "grazing" on your ass... oops, make that your grass. Congratulations!

Tab...
Thanks... it does feel pretty good. (There's a lot to be said for self esteem, I guess. But if I lose anymore, I'm going to have to start buying a whole new wardrobe. Pics! Yeah, I really need to update them, don't I. I wonder what would be the best way to show off? Spain? What part? Spain is one of my favorite countries!Hug, me

Welcome. I'll post it up in the next day or two for you. It's really rather boring though. Because it was a health issue, and not just by choice, I went into this with a different prospective, rather than just trying to lose weight... so the attitude was different to begin with. One of the main keys has been "water." Over 100 ounces of water a day. Then I eat four to five meals a day. I just don't eat bad things for me anymore. (No salt, No sugar, to begin with.) I'll post it for you. hug, unlisted

it's true. If you cut out just the fast foods, it will make a difference. It's nice of you to pack his lunch for him. I carry my own food with me now. And when I go out to eat, I order pretty carefully. Hug hun, me

Thank you, ma'am... and welcome to my blog. You are welcome here, anytime.

Hb...
Thanks, also. Compliments like that really make me feel good. Becoming more fit does help with ego, I must say! Sweet hugs, me
