Well, doesn't this just beat all....

I got home today, checked my mail, and lo and behold there was a card from my cousin in Dallas! OMG....

I have heard of getting a jump on things, but seriously....

it isn’t even Halloween just yet. Holidays keep getting smaller and smaller distances between each of them, but I thought that there was still that unofficial hardfast rule that you, AT LEAST, wait until after Halloween to bring out about Christmas shopping and the like.

Traditionally, I have waited until Thanksgiving week to mail the Christmas/Hanakuh Cards to my families and friends.

What do you think? What would you think, if you were to receive a Christmas Card from your cousin today????

What is the acceptable ettiquette????

Just curious.....

Frnds4Play - I agree, Kat.

As the decorations and cards appear in the shops here even my dear 13 year old son declared it was too early for Christmas. I think that says it all!

I personally think Christmas should be illegal outside of December

And make sure you pop over to The Sunshine Strippers.

mmmmmmmmmm.......seems like they're getting earlier each year..along with the stores' versions of the Christmas season opening.

...Halloween and Easter...that's it...send the cousin a Halloween card, a Thanksgiving card, a Christmas card and an Easter card..

All matters if it is the type of stamps that taste good ... or those ones that sat in your office drawer for years and GOT STALE.... If they taste good???? They should be sent now... How could one resist a tingle on the tongue for just $.37 ?????
