Sharksy, no moon this year on Halloween? I didn't notice. I worked security and expected a crazy evening and found that it wasn't too bad after all.

ByteChaser2 - Lucky you!

popanwar2 - Awww... too bad I didn't see your message until now.

AlbertPrince - lol... go figure!! (jk)

djmuggy - Sometimes the craziest of costumes have the most fun in the end!! Good for you.

I put on a blonde rocker wig, some wings, a knit hat, a blue button up shirt, some jeans and went as..............dead Kurt Cobain. It was tasteless, but it was cool at the same time. I was famous, even if I was dead, and only for a night.

148manofmanypla - Oh, really???? hmmmm....

wanakissuallover - Hee.. hee...

weineroftheworld- Ahhh... that's who was pinching!!

TheQuietGuy2005 - The truest spirit of the Halloween has gone by the wayside I think in so many ways; however, the opportunity to dress up (or down) to anything and let your fantasies run wild for a few hours, a day, or even during the weekend with the Halloween parties, is a huge release for many people to just have some fun!

DefiniteTrouble - I know EXACTLY what you mean. I am going to be working later tonight, while my daughter is attending some Halloween parties. Oh, to be that age again!!!

smileguyqc - Thanks. My daughter is more in love with my boa than she is with my mask. Hope you have fun...and, BTW, love the new picture....

johnebcnu - lol... who are your referring to as nuts??? lol...

Great mask... hmmm think I'll dress up as an old disgruntled grad student, ha ha. I'm not sure yet what I'll be but the older kids are off to a dance tonight dressed as a Zombie and a Cop, both are very pleased.

This will be my first Halloween since my daughter abandoned me. Ok...she actually just grew up and moved a couple of miles away, lol. It's funny how her living with me dictated my holiday moods. This year, I'll be somewhat somber as I pass out candy to the little ones.

Despite much marketing effort by people who would profit from it, Halloween isn't really such a big deal over here.

I sometimes wish it were: the kind of overkill that seems to reign in the States has a real charm. I was lucky enough to be working in New York one October and got utterly wrapped up in the whole thing.

So what will I be "going" as? At a guess, I'll be Dad sitting at home with his son!

PillsburyCodeBoy - Know what you mean. I used to get into the holiday much more than I do these days!

jim5131 - No doubt! Thanks for the compliment of my photos at 360. I didn't even put ALL of the photos on there. Pretty amazing that those albums can hold so very many photos though.

tired, probably.

just kidding, rose...and I got the email on the other site...very cool photos from Guatemala. Like that a lot....

I don't do Halloween. If I did, it would be something similar to what I saw long ago: a box of Franzia wine with an conveniently-placed 'spicket' in front. I would deviate a bit, of course, but something in that vein, pardon the pun...

Hiding from the greedy little buggers who show up on my doorstep.

Halloween is not my holiday.
