Beyond Logos

A dyslexic once bought a God. He fed it, stroked it and took it for walks twice a day.

The God was good to him; showed him the trust and affection that was missing from his human relationships. It protected him and his home by growling at potential invaders. It loved him with all its heart.

One day the God died. Bereft and alone, the dyslexic man needed solace once more but couldn't face the heartbreak of owning another God. So, in his time of need, he turned to dog. He found great comfort in the things that dog told him. Now he no longer feels alone and his dog gives him all the love and affection that's missing from his human relationships.

Remember - Gods come and go, but a dog will love you forever.

That's an adorable picture! And there is nothing more unconditional than a dogs love. They love you even on your worst day!
