conciliation claim Dropped...

It was worth going to court today. The septic business trying to put a 2400 dollar lien on my homestead didn't make it. The word used by the judge is 'decided.'

He needed the bill which I had all rumpled in my pocket.

Also a new survey stake appeared at my mailbox indicating progress at the engineering phase on the inroad re-construction.

Stock fell back after having a good day yesterday. These little solar panel companies are going up with strong demand for product and projected growth into a world market. Also a federal energy bill and urgent international debate over greenhouse warming. (The Gulf is also warm,, hurricane disruption looks slightly in favor of energy plays.) Could alternative energy be the next growth sector besides broadband services and technology?

The judge was also very fortunate to have not been victimized by the details that would have been revealed in my defense... I highlighted the resolution to my stress that has been building over money. That guy was ridiculous leveraging his opportunity. All I needed to do was expose one lie, collaborating it with the now ex-employee who is a friend of mine.
