170 and holding...

after the holidays.

With a regular schedule of work I find two meals adequate. I drink water all day at work.

The discipline of working is adding to my ability to progress on my weight-loss/body building effort. There was a period where it seemed impossible to lose more pounds. I have continued eating decently, and have increased weights in workouts to levels never attained before.

Also, I am tanning once weekly.

With just 8-10 weeks of winter and work with overtime, I look forward to building a garage this spring with earnings.

I intend to just hold my micro-cap stock position, watching it grow for a longterm.

With earnings from work, I expect to frame the 1700 foot cabin this fall.

If I manage to keep the job and the stock runs up 3X this year, I'll have recovered from the significant setback I experienced last year after selling my home.
