Day Two


Meals for the day:
Breakfast - Nothing
Lunch - Turkey, Ham and Cheese Sandwich 2:55pm
Supper - 14" Meatball Sub 4:20pm

Exercise:
Backpain killed exercise to day.

Not alot done except work.
