Day One


I have posted asking for help.

Meals for the day:
Breakfast - Fudge breakfast bar 10:45am (Bad)
Lunch - Turkey, Ham and Cheese Sandwich 12:55pm
Supper - Hamburger Helper 8:50pm

I need to eat a good breakfast at a reasonable time.

Exercise:
None so far.
- Plans:
20 Sit ups
20 Push ups
20 min Jog
20 min Various Stretches

Notes:
I need a scale.

I'M ON THE SIX WEEK MAKEOVER. I LOST 7 POUNDS THE FIRST WEEK! I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 10 POUND IN 3 WEEKS. IT IS A VERY SIMPLE PROGRAM IF YOU STICK TO IT. VERY LITTLE EXERCISE AND YOU EAT EVERY 2-3 HOURS. THE REASON FOR THIS IS TO LET YOUR BODY KNOW THAT THERE IS A GOOD SUPPLY OF FOOD(FRUIT,VEGGIES,CHICKEN & TURKEY). NO JUNK FOOD BUT YOU CAN EAT PIZZA ONLY 1 SLICE AT A SITTING. ONLY EAT A 1/2 TO 1 CUP OF FOOD EVERY 2-3 HOURS. SCULPTING EXERCISE OF ONLY 10-12 REPS. VERY LIGHT WEIGHTS. THE REASONING BEHIND THIS PROGRAM IS A PRIMAL INSTINCT THAT ARE BODY HAS IF YOU STAVE YOURSELF EVERYTHING YOU EAT WILL TURN TO FAT. REMEMBER IN CAVEMAN DAYS THEY DIDN'T ALWAYS KNOW WHEN THEY WERE GONING TO EAT SO THEY NEED THE FAT. TODAY WE HAVE GROCERY STORE.
