Do I believe?? Hell yes!

I try and stay open minded while searching for realistic possibilities...

I just had to leave my living room due to snoring. The problem is.. noone in the room was asleep. I just recently moved into a new house and there is what i would call a "special" corner in the living room.

This is a corner that each of my animals go to occasionally for no reason and walk in circles, scratch at the floor, cry out loud, or just whip their head to look at suddenly from across the room. I've tried to reason that it must be a rat(ick) in the walls, a squirrel from outside by the house....

I have a rocking loveseat that sits a few feet from this corner.. 2 weeks ago I am watching a movie in the dark from a chair and out of the corner of my eye I see a rocking motion. It took me a minute to decide to look over and the rocking had stopped..mmmmmm must have been the air conditioner blowing really hard from the vent overhead

And tonight... I am sitting minding my own business watching Big Brother and I hear loud snoring from my left( yes, coming from the special corner). I look over at my dogs sleeping on the loveseat, they snore when they sleep( tiny noses), so it must be them.. no, they are looking at me wide awake. I ask my family members in the room if they heard the dogs snoring( maybe they had woken up and stopped). Their response? What snoring? I didn 't hear anything.. of course as they are saying this to me the snoring from the corner continues.

Am I going crazy????

No ,I don't think so, I live & work at a place that was active from 1883 until 1960. I had a report of the telegraph in the Depot clicking morse code from a teacher & 6 students, they commented who ever was doing the display did a great job- they didn't know the telegraph was NOT hooked up.The other caretaker called one night around 10 pm saying someone was in the caboose, He saw a shape of someone sitting at the desk inside, we went out & noone was there.
so it might be wise to do a little research into the history of your house. Jim

There have been times when lying down I will hear gun shots... But I also know it's all in my head!

And I also think that people have a right to believe whatever they wish.

Railbaron..I have thought about looking up the history in the house, almost afraid of what I might find.

Cdub- I want to keep telling myself it is in my head and I am just paranoid. Crazy as it seems this is not the first house where I have had "issues". A previous house I lived in we would hear kicking on the doors in the middle of the night, the air would turn up or turn to freezing on the thermastat, footsteps walking up and down the hallway. That was about 15 years ago. I must be watching too much "Medium" or "sixth Sense"

Look up the history of the house. I grew up in a part of England that was famous for it's ghosts.

My granny maintained she had a ghost for years in her old house. Things would never be where they were left. Lights that were on would turn off. Things would fall off of shelves. It was a daily occurrence.

Some things are outside of science and mathematics.
