Let's see....I have a couple....

Where you actually diagnosed ADD and are you getting treatment for it?

How long have you been writing and what do you get out of it?

How many marriages/ divorces/ kids?

And of course, ever make it out to Ohio??? -B

rm_tennismaiden replies on 6/2/2006 5:08 am:
I was never diagnosed with ADD, but I have other disorders that usually go hand in hand. Also two of my sons have it and we suspected that my father did as well. I know I am a touch dyslexic and reverse my letters/numbers all the time.

I began writing when my husband of 20 years left for a younger woman and then lied that he'd been "faithful". With every new man I met the process of email was the beginning and it landed here in blogland.

Only one marriage, I was 23 and dated him for 5 years through out college. WE have three sons now 18/21/24.

No...never been to Ohio....yet!

rm_tennismaiden replies on 6/2/2006 5:10 am:
Make mine scrambled with cheese, decaf coffee made from fresh ground beans and fat free half and half. Hey I gotta keep this figure even if it isn't perfect it's hard to keep! {=}

What characteristic in a man will stop you in your tracks and make you say, "Oh my...I want to take him home!!!!"

Just curious....

Foremost would be highly intelligent but not pretentious, tall.... or really tall, deadly handsome/ chiseled features, successful, athletic, fit, but then the most important....funny, having a dry witty zany sense of humor has gotten me every time. Confidant appearing but sensitive and romantic. A GREAT COMMUNICATOR!!!!!(verbally)

This is all I'm sure way too much to ask for...I'll take decent looking and a nice guy that's great in bed for now.

Have you thought about a good old fashioned "MatchMaker"? In my country some people still use them.

Have you ever dated a "BlueCollar" man? If not maybe you need a change. One that is enlightened and cultured, but not too lol.

When was the last time you talked to "Your Man"?

As of June 2nd...where do things stand with him?

rm_tennismaiden replies on 6/2/2006 5:46 am:
I thought doing E-harmony was using a matchmaker? I hated that too! They would send me guys that were shorter than me and that's not my preference, I like to wear heels and not feel I'm intimidating my date. Some can handle it others...not.

Blue collar, this is a tough one, I really prefer education over brawn simply because I enjoy having my brain stimulated and challenged by what I don't know. Literature, science, world affairs, culture etc.... I'm very adept in the construction/mechanical/services world and have quite a bit of knowledge there so it's not a challenge for me. Make sense?

Last time I spoke with him? Tuesday night briefly to arrange a time I can pick up my belongings and return him his key.

Where do things stand? The man will always be one of my very best friends, along with many other ex's that I still luckily have in my life. Caesar doesn't need me hanging on to him anymore, he needs to be released to conquer this next monumental challenge. At this point I complicate and burden him, he needs to stay focused and remain somewhat aloof concentrating only on himself and his needs. There are days I am devastated by the loss but this decision was the right one to make for both our sakes.

Our business is booming! Check us out theredchairnj(dot)com, we're on-line and are beginning to make our mark here on LBI

Yes, the house will go for sale at the end of the summer...I've got so many plans for the equity I've made and need to downsize, also pushing out these boys to live on their own would be a good start as well!

I'm beginning to feel better, but on days have terrible crying spells.

I grew up in Mountainside New Jersey, summer home in Bloomingdale NJ, lived in NYC during college (5 years/west 11th street and east 72nd street) then moved to White Plains NY (15 years) moving to Plainsboro for 9 and then here to Barnegat for the last 3 years.

I haven't had a best trip here in the states other than Florida? Never been further west than Chicago. yeah...pathetic right?

Favorite food? Veal/ arugula/ fresh fish from the grill and of course rich decadent chocolate cake with ganash icing.

Making love? In the shower? does that count...or the hot tub...not very exciting huh? I've always wanted to do the kitchen island, beach or sandy spot near water, boat, back of a restaurant, dressing room. Done the back of a truck...nothing new and exciting about that!
How about at some fabulous hotel over looking Paris and the Eiffel Tower...now that would be orgasmic!!!!

When can you get away and come to the Engelside for cocktails? We should gather you and space and any other NJ blogger to meet down here for some fun!

You know how much I love that smile........... what makes you happy so I can see that lovely smile again?

rm_tennismaiden replies on 6/2/2006 12:32 pm:
What makes me happy Key?...why YOU all know that answer, even Fallic put a bit in his fond farewell blog about what it is I seek.

I have everything I want in life, my health, decent looks, good teeth, enough money to live and a roof over my head.

What gives you joy? What is the one, single thing that makes you happiest?

rm_tennismaiden replies on 6/2/2006 12:41 pm:
Loving someone so much it hurts and them loving me equally or more! Provided they know how to love, that's the hard part...sometimes people don't know the first thing about correctly expressing their love so that it is compassionate, giving, kind and honorable.

congrats on making it to 100! I only posted 25 facts about me. 100 is hard.

So I haven't been keeping up with your adventures. Sorry. I'll do better I promise. If you need to dole out punishment I understand.

OK now, a question or two.

Would you ever go sky diving?
Do you like roller coasters?
Is the shore your favorite place to live?

See, very simple.

rm_tennismaiden replies on 6/3/2006 12:08 pm:
I would never go Sky diving, I hate heights and am terrified of flying so it figures I wouldn't jump out of one!

I'm not fond of roller coasters either...hey is there a pattern here? My life is as much a roller coaster as I care to experience.

Favorite place to live? I love Princeton and if I had the money I'd go back, but there are many painful memories there and must find new favorite places to live.

Yup...simple enough!
