The start of a long erotic romance story.
The start of a long erotic romance story.
He stood out side as the moon set slowly into the Pacific Ocean The warm California night was peaceful and quiet. There was no one else he could see on the beach.
He walked along the edge of the surf as the tide slowly headed out and the point rocks could now be accessed from the beach and he would not have to climb down to get to them. It was his private place where he went for solitude and to think. As he came around the cove he saw her.
She was tall and lithe laying next to a small fire and she was naked.
"Excuse me." He said as he turned to leave.
"You don't have to go." She replied. "I know you come here often but usually earlier in the day."
"How could you know that?" He asked.
"I live in that apartment just over there." She said pointing. I have seen you walk this beach at low tide at least a hundred times. You always come at the first low tide and leave just before it comes in and blocks you from walking out."
"Well I couldn't be that fascinating."
"I just became curious as to why so I climbed down in here and realized just how secluded it really is. Since I have never seen you come here at night I didn't think you would show so I, well, got comfortable."
He smiled. The seclusion of this particular spot had been his little secret since he was a young boy. Southern California had become crowded and as long as he could remember no ever came here except him because of the tide and the dangerous climb.
"You're awful brave, or really nuts, to make that climb. I have done it myself and its very dangerous. I've sliced my hands many times because I waited to long to leave and had to climb them. They are sharp and slippery."
"Tell me." She said moving herself enough so he could see the bruise on her butt cheek and she held up her hand to show the gash in her palm. "I won't do that again."
"Let me guess the fire is because you got stuck and you started to get chilly?"
"Yeah I wasn't wearing more than a bikini when I climbed down."
"Were you at least wearing sandals or flip flops?"
She hung her head down.
"Let me see your feet."
She moved so he could see the soles of her feet. Though he also could see more he remained a gentleman and concetrated on them. They were badly gashed and already showing signs of infection. He looked to see if he could find what little clothing she had but saw none then realized she had to have started the fire with something fairly dry to get what little wood gathered here by the ocean burning. It would be to wet otherwise. He pulled of his shirt and handed it to her.
"Put this on and I'll carry you out." He stated as he put out the fire.
She did as he told her and after he had the fire out and buried he went over to pick her up and found her cigarettes and lighter. That was one mystery solved. He put them in his pants pocket. He then reached down and picked her up and carried her around the rocks and up the beach towards the boardwalk.
"I need to look at your feet to see how bad they are. Is your place open?"
"Yes my neighbors and I are all real tight. They would pound anyone who tried to take anything from my place when I'm not there."
"Well I may have to take you to the hospital. Depends on how bad your feet are infected and continue to get infected. You won't be able to do much walking with the shape they're in."
"Thank you for doing this." She said as she wrapped her arms tighter around his neck and nuzzled her face into her shoulder. He could feel her breast against his chest and it was all he could do to ignore it. Her smell though was something else. She was to close for him to ignore the scent of her musk from her body. It was sweet and spicey. Her natural scent, not some perfume and he enjoyed it. To much in fact.
"You're welcome." He said.
They got to her apartment. It wasn't easy as she naturally had to live on the third floor. Her place was actually a studio and crowded but there was room on the bed and he put her on it. He then got down on his knees and examined her feet. It was hard not to look elsewhere but he again kept his composure and remained a gentleman.
Her feet were bad. A couple of the gashes were extremely deep and would have to reopened, cleaned and most likely stitched. Gang green could set in easily if they weren't taken care of.
"Well you did a number to your feet. I'll have to take you to the hospital. Where are some loose clothes you can put on?"
"I have some sweats in the third drawer of the dresser there." She replied pointing.
He went and got a shirt and pants for her.
"Do you want a bra and panties?"
"Top right drawer." She stated.
He got all the items and handed them to her. He then headed towards the door so he could wait for her to dress outside.
"You don't have to go out in the hall while I dress."
"Yes I do." He replied. "Just hurry and get dressed as fast as you can. The sooner I get you into the hospital the better." He then stepped out into the hall to wait.
As he waited an ederly lady came out to see what was going on.
"I saw you carry Janice in. Is she okay?"
"She will be fine once I get her to an emergency room. She tried to climb that rock outcropping on the beach. She gashed herself up pretty good."
The woman stared at him. "Aren't you Debbie Roger's boy Jason? I remember having to chase you out of this building when you were a boy."
"That would be me."
She looked at him closely. "You take good care of my grandaughter Jason. She's a good girl but doesn't always think things through. I'm not surprised she did this. I knew your mom when she was alive. You do her proud, hear me?"
He looked at her and smiled. "I haven't forgotten about you Mrs. Wilkens. I remember all the times you complained to my mother about me and my 'hellion' ways as a boy."
"You were trouble back then Jason and you know it. You always liked to play pranks on my tenants. You were very creative about it to. You have grown into a very handsome man and I don't need Janice swooning all over you."
"That's not the same little girl who used to follow me all over the beach every summer is it?"
"Yes she is and she has always had a crush on you. Though she hasn't seen you in fifteen years now some things seem not to change."
Jason smiled. He now remembered Janice but those were memories of a eight year old girl who kept following a thirteen year old boy all over the beach annoying him and his friends to no end. She had grown up that was for sure.
"Mrs. Wilkens my only interest is to get Janice to the hospital at this time."
"That maybe true now but you watch yourself Jason."
He looked at the eldery woman quizacally. She smiled back.
"Janice is anything but typical and she probably has her sights on you. Watch yourself boy."
"Why are you telling me this? I mean for you to warn me, well is a bit unorthodox."
"Cause that girl is more like her grandmother than I care to admit."
Jason just cocked an eyebrow.
"I'm ready." Janice said loud enough to be heard through the door and Jason went in and picked her up and carried her down the stairs to his car.
They remained silent as they went to the hospital and she clung tightly to him as he carried her in. Her scent was enticing and it took all of his resolve to ignore it. Thankfully the hospital staff had a wheel chair she could be put in and they took her into the back. He waited in the lobby.while they took care of her. He knew it would awhile before she would be released and decided to go have a smoke.
When he returned he saw Emily at the reception desk waiting for him. As luck would have it she was Janice's ER Doctor and had come out to see Jason to let him know something.
"Jason you simply must stop bringing in stray cats."
"Good to see you to Emily. How is she?"
"Well her feet are really bad she won't be able to walk for about a month and she will have to be cared for. Is there someplace she can go and get that?"
"She lives at the apartments old lady Wilkens owns. Matter of fact that is her grandaughter."
"That is not the same little girl that followed you all over the beach front when we were in junior high, is it?"
"Yes that is her all right. She grew up nicely."
"Be that as it may, she really can't stay there."
"I kinda figured you would say that."
"Jason you are not thinking about letting her stay with you?"
"Where else can she stay Emily? I only live two blocks away. Her grandmother will be able to come and take care of her. Its not like I don't have enough room. I mean good lord I live in the biggest house in the neighborhood, all by myself I might add."
"True but it just feels wrong?"
"I don't know Jason. There is something about her that makes it seem shameful almost."
"This is coming from you? Tellling me, the only man you ever had sex with, that her being in my house is wrong. Liz you're my friend and I love you dearly but once you decided you didn't like sex with men and were a lesbian..."
"I know I broke your heart Jason and I will always be sorry for that but lets face it our parents wanted us to get married so we did. No matter how hard I tried it just didn't work for me."
"I never was angry or upset, just crushed a bit but that was 5 years ago now. I am over it. All I'm saying is how can you think its wrong?"
"There is something different about her. I can't put my finger on it but be careful around her Jason."
"You are the second woman tonight to tell me that."
"Maybe you should listen."
"Have you ever known me not to be careful?"
"Do you really want me to answer that?"
