Maybe Your Life Has Been Too Boring! Take It Up A Notch.

I heard a piece in the radio this morning that made me think. I identified directly and figured I should pass the information along to all of you. Have you ever ridden in the back of an ambulance? This is a topic I know an awful lot about!

If you've never ridden in the back of an ambulance it tells me a lot about your character. It tells me you've never climbed a telephone pole with wire cutters next to a transformer to get free cable. It tells me you actually read the instructions to your chain saw. It tells me you've never experimented with homemade fireworks, or for that matter, never even played chicken with them. It tells me you've never negotiated price with a pimp. It also tells me that you have never started your grill with 5 gallons of gasoline. Never even been building climbing drunk have you? Never hooked a car battery to your Johnson either, have you?

Yep, having never ridden in the back of an ambulance sure screams out to others just who you are. It lets others know you probably do not start a sentence with..."Hey ya'll...watch this!". It tells others that when something goes wrong...you actually call an electrician. It lets your friends know that you are so conservative that you weigh the cilicybens before you eat them. This simple ambulance fact is quite the personality revealer indeed.

There's ambulance etiquette too you know. Never ask the driver to stop for pizza unless you're buying. Remember, if you put a "for a good time call me" sign in the rear window for the trip to the hospital...use your pager number. They make you turn your cell phone off in the ER. Never use the ice chest containing organ transplants to chill your beer. And above all else...Always Tip! You never know when they'll be back out and you want good service. Thank you Donny Baker.

(realizes she has only made the trip with friends) Okay, okay, okay, so my idea of danger is stumbling in the dark during that long walk to the tv dial when you can't find the remote

So why have I broken limbs pinching conkers, played chicken with fire works, jumped canal locks, walked the wrong side of bridges to see if I could, but only ever travelled in an ambulance to have a baby.

So what kind of person are you if the only time you've been in the back of the ambulance is after someone hits your car? Or if you're riding in someone else's car and they roll it? I've only been in an ambulance because of car accidents. So what does that say about me?

in nigeria, ambulances r very rare, but we do still go through all the "accidents"-most of the time we do self-medication and it works-the only time u actually see ambulance is when there is a fatal car accident

He may not need an ambulance, but could you reccommend a good psychiatrist for him?

Is this just another trick by keithcancook
to get his text on television?

I've never ridden in an ambulance, but now saddletrampsk has me wondering what it'd be like to have sex in one.

Hmmmm, who knows, I may just do something stupid this weekend (like jump off my roof) & see for myself! lol

(I'll let you know how it turns out.)

Madkitten I'm thinking it's your technique. More than likely, when you did those things you were sober. There you have it. Ambulance rides are not only more fun when you're drunk, but the needles are less painful.

Methodman I think that is a really good approach. Self medication was really big back in the 60's and I think it's making a comeback. LOL I'll bet trips are fun. OK, we packed the suitcases, morphine, tourniquettes, Ringer's Lactate....Honey...where are the I V stands?
