visions in blue 5

Silver based thermal grease and 2 hiper 6 cpu coolers come to the rescure.
still got memory cooling problems even with a 120mm fan blasting on to the ram sticks.

I think only a new stick of ram or the intervention of the great maker can save me from window system erros.

may what ever maker you believe in hold you in his arms and keep you safe.

Did you clean off the CPU die thoroughly before putting the thermal grease on? Not cleaning off the old HSF adhesive or thermal grease before can mess up the HSF conductivity.

What's the overall temp in your case like?

hi yer mate
yer did all that I order akasa cpu cleaner by the box from a trade supplier so that angle was covered,I've been trying to get more info on the proceessor road maps for you through some trade contacts at avnet (main amd disty)intel have changed from pin grid array to land grid array(pins on motherboard instead of processor) friend at blueburry has said to me because of bent pins on motherboards, customers have turned away from intel, main difference with the two manufractures is that the memory controller is on the processor with amd, intel have known for quite a while that this was a disadvantage to them but they also make a lot of other chips so they may not be feeling the pinch quite yet, they are going for on chip die in 2007 first quarter, because of the above issue the amd motherboards are cheaper and quicker to build which is another part of the equation hopes this helps
